Freyr Battery expands to US with first site in Georgia

Norway-based Freyr Battery is ready to secure a foothold in the North American market. The battery maker recently announced its Giga America project in Georgia of the US. The US$1.7 billion enterprise targets an annual cell production of 34GWh.
