ZF to secure SiC supply by signing multi-year agreement with STMicro

STMicroelectronics (STM) has signed a multi-year agreement with ZF Group to supply more than 10 million SiC devices for products planned for 2025, as ZF viewed STM as a reliable supplier for devices in both quality and production capacity amid a rapidly-growing demand for SiC devices in electromobility.
