SK Hynix begins compatibility testing for 1bnm DDR5 server DRAM

SK Hynix has completed the development of 1bnm, the fifth generation of its 10nm process technology, and the company and Intel have launched a joint evaluation and validation of 1bnm for DDR5 products destined for Intel Xeon Scalable platforms.
