Former BOE Technology chairman Dongsheng Wang has maintained a low profile since assuming his current position as chairman of Eswin Technology. Recently, however, he broke his silence by proposing a RISC-V Digital Infrastructure (RDI) concept to address China's chip supply bottleneck.
