TASC seeking new SiC manufacturing site

Taiwan-Asia Semiconductor Corporation (TASC) is actively boosting its silicon carbide (SiC) production capacity and is currently in talks to select a location for a new factory. If the proposal goes through as planned, work on the plant is expected to begin in the first half of 2025, according to the company.
