PSA Walsin Technology's printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing arm, Global Brands Manufacture, has inaugurated its new ELNA plant in Penang, Malaysia. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by top executives from the company, along with local government officials and industry leaders.
